Dr. James W. Hankins

Sandra

Sandra is our Patient Coordinator. When you call to schedule an appointment you will probably talk to Sandra. It is her job to help you sort through your busy schedule and find a convenient time for your dental visit. You will appreciate Sandra's friendly patience and perseverance. She has over 30 years of office experience and attended Henderson State University. Sandra will work hard to accommodate your schedule to find convenient times for your dental visits.

Trisha

Trisha is our Financial Coordinator. Her purpose is to assist you in the financial part of your dental visit. Trisha is very familiar with the insurance plans for most employers in this area. She wants to help you understand your particular plan and assist you in receiving the maximum benefits from your insurance plan. If you need financial arrangements to enable you to complete your dental treatment, Trisha will be glad to assist you. She has nine years experience in accounting, and received a BBA in accounting from Southern Arkansas University and a MBA from Henderson State University. Janelle

Janelle is one of our Registered Dental Hygienists. She oversees our continuing care program. Janelle graduated from the UAMS School of Dental Hygiene in 1991. She completed her undergraduate studies at Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia. Janelle has 14 years experience as a dental hygienist and is committed to your utmost comfort and oral health. After her graduation from hygiene school, she came to work with us until her family moved in 1994. Janelle and her family moved back to Arkadelphia in 2004. Christie

Christie is a Registered Dental Hygienist and has been a part of our dental hygiene team since she graduated from UAMS School of Dental Hygiene in 1995. Malinda

Malinda is our Registered Dental Assistant and Lab Assistant. Malinda will assist Dr. Hankins in your dental procedures and with any lab procedures your treatment may require. Malinda's goal is for your dental treatment to be completed as comfortably and efficiently as possible. Malinda completed training at the Southwest Dental Conference in Dallas in 2004 to earn her Assistants Continuing Education for Success Certification. Malinda attended Southern Arkansas University Tech where she received associates degrees in Applied Science in CADD and Computer Programming. Her training in design and modeling has enhanced her ability to understand the importance of shape, color and design in cosmetic dentistry.

Dana

Dana is our Registered Dental Assistant and Chairside Assistant. She also may assist Dr. Hankins during your dental procedure. Dana strives to make you fell welcome and relaxed in our office. Her purpose is to assist Dr. Hankins so that your dental procedure is completed as comfortably and efficiently as possible. Dana has ten years experience in dentistry. She moved to Arkadelphia in 2000. She has attended the University of Arkansas at Magnolia and the University of Arkansas Community College at Hope. Dana has a new and improved smile thanks to Dr. Hankins, so she understands the difference a new smile can make in your confidence and personality.

Kathryn

Kathryn is our Sterilization and Hygiene Assistant. Kathryn ensures that instruments are ready for each procedure and assists the hygenist and other dental assistants during treatment procedures. She completed training in Animal Health at Hind's Mississippi Junior College and attended Phillips College in Helena, Arkansas.

Dr. Hankins hosted a cookout and hayride for the staff.
