Hayley Hughes

Office Manager

Hayley joined Ross Family Dentistry in 2017. Prior to joining our team, she was the office manager for another clinic for several years. Hayley enjoys working with her co-workers and helping with the behind-the-scenes day-to-day office operations.

Heather Lee

Heather has been a Registered Dental Assistant since 2009. She started working at Ross Family Dentistry as a dental assistant in 2013. She is currently our Financial Coordinator but fills in and assists Dr. Ross as needed. Heather’s favorite part about her job is helping the patients get the most out of their dental benefits.

Jessica Fisk

Patient Care Coordinator

Jessica joined Ross Family Dentistry in 2020. She has several years of experience as a patient care coordinator prior to joining our office. Her favorite part about her job is being able to help patients.

Crystal Pennington, R.D.A.

Dental Assistant

Crystal has been a Registered Dental Assistant since 2012. She joined our office in 2015. Crystal’s favorite thing about her job is her co-workers and being able to help others.

Lauren Cook, RDA

Dental Assistant

Lauren trained at Ross Family Dentistry prior to becoming a Registered Dental Assistant in 2020. She joined our team in 2019. Her favorite thing about her job is being able to assist in making patients happy with their smiles.

Janelle Thomas, R.D.H., B.S.

Dental Hygienist

Janelle has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 1991. She has worked for Ross Family Dentistry since it opened in 2012. Janelle loves improving patients’ overall health by helping with their dental health.

Cindy Rubach, R.D.H.

Dental Hygienist

Cindy has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 1998. She loves caring for her patients and is very thankful for the support her hometown has provided for her career.

Lindsy Smith, R.D.H.

Dental Hygienist

Lindsy has been a Dental Hygienist since 2014. She joined our team in 2022. Lindsy is from Arkadelphia and loves being able to work in the community she grew up in. She loves being able to create lasting relationships with her patients

Dr Ross has been the dentist for our entire extended family for several years. His staff is friendly and caring, they take good care of their patients from the toddler to the octogenarian in our group. After any kind of procedure such as fillings, extractions or bridge work Dr. Ross will call and check on you after he is off work for the day.
Having to have a crown today Dr Ross and Kristen Piggee took excellent care absolutely painfree. Thank you both Love this clinic and all the staff. They deserve a 10 star rating
